In addition to composing, performing, and (studio and field) recording, photography has been a fundamental component of my artistic career.

Much of my music take heavy inspiration from still photography and film; utilizing the concept of sonic images inspired by photographical composition to determine ambience, timbre, and formal structure. The photos I take can be seen across this website and on the covers of most of my scores.
